Receipts are emailed immediately following order placement from noreply@shopifyemail.com. If you are unable to find your receipt in your email inbox, be sure to check all spam/junk filters.

Return Policy

If at any time within the first 45 days of use you’re not happy with the RCA OTC hearing aids, you can return them for a full refund. Your product must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt. All returns must have a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) code in order to be received and processed. Please contact customer service for an RMA code and additional return instructions.

 

To Initiate a Return:​​

1. Find your receipt from the original purchase.

2. Look at the date on your receipt to make sure your return request is within 45 days of the purchase date.

3. Call customer service for an RMA.
