Receipts are emailed immediately following order placement from noreply@shopifyemail.com. If you are unable to find your receipt in your email inbox, be sure to check all spam/junk filters.

Return Policy

 

If at any time within the first 45 days of use you’re not happy with the RCA OTC hearing aids, you can return them for a full refund. Your product must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt. All returns must have a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) code in order to be received and processed. Please contact customer service for an RMA code and additional return instructions.

 

To initiate return:

  • Find your receipt from the original purchase

  • Look at the date on your receipt to make sure your return request is within 45 days of the purchase date

  • Call customer service for an RMA:
